WHY DO PEOPLE IN CAPE TOWN LOVE THE ALL BLACKS?

i recently saw the crusaders and stormers clash and couldn't help but notice that a large number of south africans were cheering for the crusaders while wearing all blacks jerseys. is there a particular reason for this?
