Can I continue my education with a certificate of performance?

also known as a certificate of attendance, I graduated from high school , however instead of receiving a diploma I received a certificate of performance, because I didn't pass the Social Studies portion of the Graduation Test and I was wondering is there any colleges that would admit me with this. Also if you could please name a few, in Georgia preferably.
