Bright red lips HELP!!!!!!?

Wild burn? try using some over the counter creams or oitments for it, or check it with a doctor...have u been licking them whilist wind was blowing? or kissing when it was windy? or even eating..this is one of the easiest ways to get a wind burn, i had that but around my lips, it was bright red and horrible, took 2 months to heal.
